Tatum lands 90210 house with Hollywood history
Actor Channing Tatum of “Foxcatcher” and his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, have bought a house in Beverly Hills for $6 million, The Times has confirmed.
Clad in dark shingles and accented with white trim, the Cape Cod-inspired home was built in 1950. Set on more than an acre, the gated house features an attached guesthouse on the basement level with a separate entrance.
Double-height ceilings, tall windows and dark hardwood floors are among interior details. A formal living room, dining room, family room, office/library, media room/gym, six bedrooms and six bathrooms are within the 4,835 square feet of living space.
Verandas, patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, where a swimming pool, spa and outdoor fireplace are set amid mature trees and landscaping.
