Bea Arthur’s Brentwood Estate Selling for $16 Million- Santa Monica Real Estate
Golden Girls actress, Bea Arthur’s Brentwood wilds estate is finally on the market for $15.995 million. The estate was originally designed by Cliff May, the father of the California Ranch house in 1924, but was majorly renovated in the mid-aughts by Matt Saks, Arthur’s son. The house has belonged to a trust in Arthur’s name since her death in 2009, and it’s now up for sale for the first time since the 1970s, though it was up for rent a few years back, for $60,000 a month.
The property holds five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a dining room, media room, gourmet kitchen/great room, plus a pool, spa, tennis court, hiking trails, and waterfalls on nearly four acres.
