Lincoln/Colorado Mixed-Use Space in Santa Monica is First of Four
On a site previously occupied by a Norms Restaurant comes the first in an oncoming wave of developments set to hit a segment of Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica close to the future Expo Line terminus.
The two-building mixed-user at Lincoln and Colorado Boulevards, from developer FSTAR, will have 90 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units (18 of them affordable), and of course, amenities like a lap pool, yoga deck, and rooftop gardens.
The buildings will be four and five stories, respectively, and conjoined by elevated pedestrian bridges; underground, there will be two levels of parking with a total of 168 spaces to be shared among tenants and visitors to the groundfloor retailers.
According to documents submitted to Santa Monica, this project is one of three in the works from the same developer—all on “adjacent” properties *to the south of this one on Lincoln—that are together known as the Lincoln Collection. The Planning Commission will hear the project next Wednesday.
