Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Puts Mansion on the Market
Fans of celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker have likely already heard that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof has added her Southern California mansion to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County.
While anyone who has watched the shows has likely tried to but an accurate price tag on the estate, records show she and her soon-to-be ex-husband Paul Nassif purchased the home in 2004 for $12.708 million. The property has recently been put on the market with a whopping $26 million asking price.
According to the blog, the estate offers around 13,000 square feet of living space, with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. Fans of the popular series have likely already seen the massive estate that is freckled with celebrity-style upgrades, including double gates for added security, a tennis court, a swimming pool and spa, a separate guest house, a home theater and multiple fireplaces sprinkled throughout the house.
It has yet to be reported where the separate parties will be relocating to, though buyers will be moving into a star-studded neighborhood
