Trust us, they’re worth the calories. Caffe Luxxe is staffed by a fleet of expertly trained baristi and the shop offers free Wi-Fi and great people-watching.

Father’s Office: This nationally renowned beer and burger shop is quintessential L.A., and Father’s Office‘s original location on Montana bustles nearly every night with those looking for a quality brew and sweet potato fries. Just don’t ask for ketchup.

Planet Blue: Clothing boutique Planet Blue has been specializing in funky apparel with an upscale boho vibe since the first location opened in Malibu 16 years ago. Steals and deals almost always abound in the shop’s sale section.

Andrew’s Cheese Shop: This specialty cheese store sells more than 200 hard-to-find formaggios from around the world. Andrew’s Cheese Shop also holds tasting events on important topics like proper grilled cheese and beer pairings.

R+D Kitchen: This celeb-frequented restaurant has a casual upscale vibe and is on the slightly pricey side, but R+D Kitchen serves the best Reuben west of the 405. Their basil ginger sidecar is also worth a try.
