Actress Diane Keaton moving to Pacific Palisades – North of Montana Avenue Real Estate
Celebrity news sites are buzzing that actress Diane Keaton, also famous for her real estate purchases, is staying in California, as recently purchased a home in Pacific Palisades. While she has previously owned numerous homes in Los Angeles County, she shelled out $5.6 million for the latest estate.
Keaton is an Oscar-winning actress and has starred in a number of famous films including Annie Hall, The Godfather series, Because I Said So and Father of the Bride. Her home history includes a number of properties in Southern California including the Alfred Newman Estate, also located in Pacific Palisades, and the Samuel-Novarro House in Los Feliz.
With her latest purchase, the modern home has a lot of celeb-status upgrades including a formal dining room, a wet bar, a home theater, a basement that has been converted to a wine cellar and tasting lounge and an oversized walk-in closet. With 7,800 square feet of living space, the mansion has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
